Out of all the seasons, your fall wardrobe is the most important to consider when building your wardrobe and for creating looks when getting dressed. This is because it is the season where you can present your style to its fullest potential. This may not immediately seem like a priority but when you think about it, it truly is.
Your style is all about who you are and how you want to present yourself to the world. It is what builds your confidence, sets your mood and helps you accomplish the goals you’ve set for yourself. So if fall is the season where you can do this to the fullest extent, I would say it is a high priority.

So why does fall allow you to present your style to its fullest extent? Fall is the season where it’s cold enough to layer your clothing but it’s warm enough to where you don’t necessarily have to wear a coat in order to do so. You may think spring is the same way, which can be true but it rains often during this season and for many of us, the rain puts us in a different mood and we tend to refrain from going anywhere when it rains.

Just look at how my blogger contributor has created a variety of looks to represent different elements of her personal style that she can effectively wear in the fall. You can be sexy, sophisticated and bold in an open cobalt blue suit with a black bra. You can also be powerful with a sense of delicacy in a powder pink trench and dainty open-toe heels with a business leather handbag.

Your mood can also come in to play by wearing blue and denim to feel calm and at peace as denim will remind you of being comfortable and blue is a color that calms you.

If you’re looking to become the better version of yourself, I suggest investing a little more time in getting dressed no matter what season it is but if you’re going to build your wardrobe, fall should be your main focus. If dressing for style is new to you, it’s always good to take baby steps so you can trust the effect of living in style and before you know it, you’ll see how truly an impact it has on the person you are.
