Being mindful ( mind full) of you health means you know everything that’s going on with your health and knowing what you need to do when you in dis-ease without necessarily have to go to the doctor. This seems impossible but once you are focused on accomplishing the goal of being mind full of your health, you will get closer to living your best life each and everyday.
